B2B & B2G · NINE ENGAGEMENTS

Complex value, made buyable.

Technology and services where a technical buyer has to be convinced before anything gets signed.

CASE 01
LANGUAGE SERVICES & INTERPRETING TECHNOLOGY · B2B + B2G

One connected marketing engine for a language-services and technology company

Turning scattered marketing, across services, a software platform, a podcast and operations, into one coordinated growth system.

Sector
Language services / interpreting tech

Market
B2B + B2G

Engagement
July 2022 to present

Role
Marketing Team Lead. Work led by Fady Amir, founder of Flow, during his role at the company (employer-led).

THE CHALLENGE

The company offered a broad range of language services and had built its own technology platform, but its marketing lacked structure. Positioning was unclear, messaging was inconsistent, and content, product, technology, sales, operations and support were not pulling in the same direction.

It needed to promote individual services, launch new client accounts, communicate its platform’s value, run a podcast, manage website development, and bring SEO, GEO, analytics and AI into the marketing function as one system.

APPROACH

Treat marketing as one connected system rather than a pile of tasks. Lead with positioning, then wire every channel back to it.

WHAT WE DID
  • Positioning and strategy positioned the company as both a language-services provider and a technology-enabled communication partner, with vertical messaging for healthcare, government, legal, education, insurance, corporate, aerospace and defense.
  • Website, SEO, GEO and AI search built landing-page structures and messaging, ran SEO, content, schema and technical reviews, and established GEO and AI-search visibility as an ongoing system.
  • Product marketing created the platform’s first product-marketing framework, with a dedicated landing page and messaging across every interpreting and scheduling service.
  • A podcast content engine turned every episode into a repeatable multi-channel system: SEO metadata, blog and newsletter articles, captions, polls and short-form video.
  • Email, social and campaigns developed email content, social content, content pillars and audience-specific campaigns tied to lead generation.
  • Onboarding and operations built launch communications and structured onboarding for a rollout across roughly seventy client offices, and introduced cross-functional workflows and reporting.
  • AI workflows introduced AI-supported marketing workflows across research, content, SEO and reporting.
KEY OUTCOMES
CASE 02
LEGAL TECHNOLOGY & AI DOCUMENT REVIEW · B2B

Turning a technical legal product into a story attorneys actually trust

Positioning, founder story, product education and a full launch system for an AI platform in a skeptical market.

Sector
Legal tech / AI document review

Market
B2B

Engagement
November 2025 to present

Role
Fractional marketing lead: product launch, positioning and demand generation (direct client engagement).

THE CHALLENGE

The platform needed to launch and grow a technical legal product in a market where attorneys are wary of AI and where messaging tends to drift into jargon. It needed a clear position, a credible founder story, practical product education, an integrated content system, event campaigns, community, targeted lead generation and a realistic paid-media plan.

APPROACH

Start from the attorney’s real problem, not the feature list. Build a credible, founder-led story and a trigger-based acquisition motion, and stay honest about the paid-media baseline.

WHAT WE DID
  • Positioning and product messaging shifted from features to attorney pain points, discovery deadlines, document volume, accuracy and case outcomes, positioning the AI as an assistant and never a replacement.
  • Founder and corporate communications refined the founder biography and narrative, and developed the press kit, boilerplate and product descriptions.
  • Website, content and education developed website and blog content, and built the central User Guide and FAQs for attorneys without a technical background.
  • Lead generation designed a trigger-based CRM strategy targeting attorneys who had just taken on document-intensive cases, prioritizing high-value matter types.
  • Community and demos made eDiscovery professionals a priority audience and built free twenty-five-minute demonstrations into acquisition.
  • Paid media established an honest baseline, clicks were generating no recorded leads, and built budget scenarios clearly labeled as projections.
  • Event and launch ran a Diamond Sponsorship at a national legal summit end to end, and coordinated the public product launch.

CASE 03
CUSTOM POLYURETHANE MANUFACTURING · B2B

Straightening out the customer journey in a manufacturer's Knowledge Center

A full CRM and content audit that turned an inconsistent resource hub into one clear path to a conversation.

Market
B2B

Engagement
June 2026 to present

Role
Marketing systems and optimization specialist: CRM and web audit and cleanup.

THE CHALLENGE

The company’s Knowledge Center had grown inconsistent, with mixed calls to action, outdated links, competing forms and landing pages, and unclear connections to its CRM workflows. Before the team could standardize the customer journey, it needed a full audit to see where visitors were actually being sent.

APPROACH

Audit before optimizing. Map every page to its forms and workflows, then standardize the whole journey around a single, clear conversion action.

WHAT WE DID
  • Audited the systems reviewed every CRM workflow and Knowledge Center page, mapping each page to its connected landing pages, forms and workflows.
  • Cleaned up the journey removed outdated CTA buttons, unwanted links and references to a retired quiz, and replaced inconsistent bottom-of-page copy and footers.
  • Standardized the conversion path aligned the hub around a single call to action: speaking directly with a technical expert.

KEY OUTCOMES
ON DISCLOSURE

Why these are anonymized.

Several of these engagements were delivered through partner agencies, run under NDA, or led in-house before Flow was incorporated. We name clients only with written permission and logo approval, and we publish performance figures only once analytics confirm them.

That is a deliberate choice. A number we cannot verify is worth less than work we can describe honestly. If you want to speak to someone we have worked with, we will arrange it directly.

ABOUT THIS WORK

Questions about the case studies.

Why are the client names hidden?

Several of these engagements were delivered through partner agencies, run under NDA, or led in-house before Flow was incorporated. Flow names clients only with written permission and logo approval. Where work was employer-led, it is described as work led by Fady during that role rather than presented as a Flow client engagement.

Why are there no performance figures?

Because they have not been verified against analytics yet. Flow publishes qualitative outcomes it can stand behind and holds numbers back until the data supports them. An unverifiable percentage is worth less than work that can be described honestly.

Can I speak to a reference?

Yes. References are arranged directly on request, which is usually more useful than a logo wall.

Which industries has Flow worked in?

Language services and interpreting technology, legal technology and AI document review, custom manufacturing, life sciences, AI visual threat detection and security, financial services and specialty lending, security services and franchising, threat intelligence, digital legal products, dental aligners and manufacturing, hospitality, and professional services. Across B2B, B2G and B2C.
